Trayce Carter Russell a native of Washington DC the daughter of Bishop Raymond and Apostle Cynthia Carter. She is married to Elder Travis Russell and to their union three children Jessica Brown, Treasure and Trenton Russell and two grandchildren Devon & Grace Hairston

As a teenager she knew she was called to the ministry but like most teenagers she ran from the calling. In April of 1998 she became a license Evangelist under the leadership of her parents Bishop Raymond and Pastor Cynthia Carter of Christ Miracle Temple.

In 2001 the then Evangelist Russell had to be obedient to the voice of the Lord and move her membership to God’s Chosen Assembly Church Inc. where she faithfully served as an associate minister and the Minister of Music under the leadership of Apostle Bertha F. Terry.

In 2007 the Lord spoke to her and had her to establish the ministry name Fresh Anointed Ministries. At that time, she thought this name would serve as her music ministry brand, but God had something else in mind.

In October 2012, the Lord begin to speak to her and told her that HE was preparing her to pastor. Not wanting to accept that calling, she did as most would, she ran! As time went on the Lord would send a word to her and remind her that the calling never changed. Finally, in October 2015 Prophetess Russell accepted the calling of the Lord upon her life. On February 27, 2016 she was elevated to an Elder in the Lords church and launched Fresh Anointed Ministries Sunday February 28,2016. In May 2016 Elder Russell was officially installed as the Pastor of Fresh Anointed Ministries located in Greenville SC.

While serving as Senior Pastor she has graduated from City of Hope Bible College with her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical and Pastoral Study in Feb 2019. And she is currently working toward her Masters Degree in Biblical and Pastor Study along with pursuing an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Over these few years of serving as the Pastor of Fresh Anointed Ministries the Lord begin to speak elevation. On New Year’s Day January 2020 she Installed her Husband Elder Travis Russell to office of Pastor of Fresh Anointed Ministries and on March 1, 2020 Pastor Trayce was elevated to the office of Apostle.
